Thick Carved Roast Beef Au-Jus 1.5 kg 3.3 lbs
Peppercorn Ranch Dressing 375 ml 12.7 Fl oz
Canada Bread Vienna Roll, Sliced 25 25
Chunky Salsa Sauce 375 ml 12.7 Fl oz
Cheddar Cheese, Medium, Shredded 0.6 kg 1.3 lbs


  • 1. Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F).
  • 2. Heat beef for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature of 60°C (140°C).
  • 3. Spread 15 ml (1 tbsp) dressing on bottom half of each roll.
  • 4. Top with 60 (2 oz) beef, 15 ml (1 tbsp) salsa sauce, 30 g (1 oz) cheese, and top of roll. Plate and serve immediately.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with drizzle of salsa.

Serve with red and green pepper strips.
