BBQ Pulled Chicken Flatbread

Schneiders Pulled Chicken 1.5 Kg 3.3 lbs
Flatbread Slices (approx. 2 oz per serving size) 25 each 25 each
BBQ Sauce 375 mL 1.6 cups
Mozzerella Cheese, shredded 750 mL 3.2 cups
Green Peppers, slivered 375 mL 1.6 cups
Cherry Tomatoes (halved) 50 Each 50 Each
Italian Seasoning 5 mL 1 tsp

Method

  • 1. Brush each flatbread with BBQ sauce and lay out on a baking sheet. Add cheese and pulled chicken evenly across the bread. top with slivers of peppers and cherry tomatoes cut in half. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  • 2. Bake flatbread in a pre-heated 400 F oven, heating the chicken to an internal temperature of 160 F (70 C) and allowing the flatbread to get crispy. Cut into servings and serve hot.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with a few blades of arugula leaves.

Serve with a cabbage vegetable slaw (nutritional analysis not included).
