Chicken Souvlaki Wrap

Chicken, Kebob pieces 1.6 Kg 3.5 Lbs
Onions, Red, Fine Diced 125 g 4.4 oz
Feta Cheese, Crumbled 100 mL 3.4 Fl oz
Tzatziki Sauce 450 mL 1.9 cups
Flour Tortilla Wraps 25 Each 25 Each

Method

  • 1. Combine diced red onions and feta cheese in a bowl, set aside.
  • 2. Heat Chicken Kebob pieces until hot.
  • 3. Building each wrap: lay out the wraps on a flat surface. Add a small amount of the onion and feta mixture, approx. 8 grams or 1 Tbsp. Add 65 grams of Chicken Kebob pieces and top with 1 Tbsp of Tzatziki sauce.
  • 4. Roll each wrap up gently and serve. If wraps are hard, warm in oven before building to soften slightly. Garnish with fresh herb leaves like mint or oregano (not included in nutritional analysis). Variations could include different vegetables and flavours inside the wrap (not included in nutritional analysis)

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with a fresh Greek or tossed vegetable side salad.
