Dijon Mustard 125 ml 4.2 Fl oz
Mayonnaise, Light 125 ml 4.2 Fl oz
Multigrain Bread 50 slices 50 slices
Danish Blue Cheese, Crumbled 325 ml 11.1 Fl oz
Red Onion 250 g 8.8 oz
Tomato 50 slices 50 slices

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F).
  • 2. Heat beef for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature of 60°C (140°C).
  • 3. Spread 7 ml (1 1/2 tsp) each Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on half of bread slices.
  • 4. Top with 60 g (2 oz) beef, 10 ml (2 tsp) cheese, 1 slice onion, 2 slices tomato, and remaining slice of bread.
  • 5. Cut sandwich into quarters and serve immediately.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with dill pickle slice.

Serve with tossed green salad.
