Pulled Chicken Sliders

Schneiders Pulled Chicken 1.5 Kg 3.3 lbs
Mini Buns (2 per serving) 50 each 50 each
BBQ Sauce 375 mL 1.6 cups
Onions 350 g 12.3 oz
Vegetable Oil 30 mL 3 Tbsp
Water 375 mL 1.6 cups

Method

  • 1. Pre-heat pan on stove and add oil. Saute onions on low heat until tender and starting to turn light brown. Add pulled meat, BBQ sauce and water; simmer for 10 minutes, heating the chicken to an internal temperature of 160 F (70 C).
  • 2. Divide equally on the bun bottoms and finish by topping each slider with a bun top. Serve hot.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with a pickle slide.

Serve with a garden salad or vegetable sticks and dip (nutritional analysis not included).
