Shaved Beef Steak & Yorkshire Pudding

Maple Leaf Shaved Steak 1.5 kg 3.3 Lbs
Vegetable Oil 15 ml 1 Tbsp
Onions, sliced 250 g 8.8 oz
Beef Gravy 1.5 L 6.3 cups
Yorkshire Pudding (Westminster) 25 Each 25 Each

Method

  • 1. Heat a sauce pan with oil, saute onions until tender. Add beef gravy and shaved steak and bring to a boil. Simmer until steak is hot.
  • 2. To plate, serve shaved steak and onion gravy over yorkshire pudding. Serve hot.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with a light dusting of finely chopped parsley.

Serve with mashed potatoes and colourful vegetables.
