5 Spice Baked Chicken Thigh

JMS Chicken Thighs (avg wt. 105 g) 25 each 25 each
Vegetable Oil 125 mL 1/2 cup
Chinese 5 Spice Mix 100 g 3.5 oz
Cilantro, Fresh, chopped fine 150 mL 5.1 fl oz


  • 1. In a bowl, combine the thawed chicken thighs, vegetable oil and Chinese 5 Spice mix. Toss to coat and place thighs on a parchment-line baking sheet. Bake chicken in a pre-heated 375 F convection oven and cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
  • 2. Finish by sprinkling with cilantro or other chopped toppings just prior to service.

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with brown rice and green side vegetables (not included in the nutritional analysis).

Garnish with chopped cilantro (or bias-chopped green onions).
