Apple Cider Pork Chops

Pork Loin Chops 25 Each 25 Each
Apple Juice 500 mL 2.1 cups
Apple Cider Vinegar 25 mL 0.9 fl oz
Applesauce, unsweetened 1 L 4.2 cups
Cinnamon, ground 25 mL 1.7 Tbsp


  • 1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
  • 2. Arrange pork loin chops in baking pans.
  • 3. In large bowl, combine apple juice, vinegar, applesauce and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Pour over pork chops and cover pan with foil.
  • 4. Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with sliced apples. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable serving (nutritional analysis not included in totals).
