Maple Leaf Cooked Chicken Breast Strips 1.75 kg 3.9 lbs
Chicken gravy, prepared from mix, low sodium 1 l 4.2 cups
Sour cream, light 500 ml 2.1 cups
Mixed vegetable medley 1 kg 2.2 lbs
Mashed potatoes 2 kg 4.4 lbs


  • 1. Thaw Maple Leaf Cooked Chicken Breast Strips in steam table pan in refrigerator.
  • 2. Prepare chicken gravy according to package directions.
  • 3. Add sour cream to prepared chicken gravy. Stir well.
  • 4. Add mixed vegetables to chicken.
  • 5. Pour gravy mixture over diced chicken. Stir.
  • 6. Top with mashed potatoes.
  • 7. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C).

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with a colourful vegetable or salad.
