Chinese Pork Drummies

Pork Drummies 2.5 Kg 5.5 Lbs
Soy Sauce, Light 125 mL 4.2 Fl oz
Honey 75 mL 2.5 Fl oz
Orange Juice 75 mL 2.5 Fl oz
Garlic, Fresh, Minced 30 g 1 oz
Ginger, Fresh, Minced 20 g 0.7 oz
White Pepper 2.5 mL 0.5 tsp
Cornstarch 20 mL 0.7 Fl oz
Water 15 mL 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil 10 mL 2 tsp
Green Onions 30 mL 2 tbsp


  • 1. Combine soy sauce, honey, orange juice, garlic, ginger, and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes. Make a slurry with the cornstarch and water, add to heated coating to thicken.
  • 2. In a large bowl, add pork drummies, sesame oil and heated sauce. Toss together to coat the drummies completely.
  • 3. In a pre-heated 350 F (175 C) oven, bake the coated pork drummies for 15 minutes or until they have reached a temperature of 160 F/70 C.
  • 4. Garnish the top of a serving of pork drummies with fine chopped green onions or scallions.
