Fall Turkey Burger

Turkey Burger 25 each 25 each
Mayonnaise 250 ml 8.5 fl oz
Cranberry Sauce 125 ml 4.3 fl oz
Lettuce, shredded 300 g 10.5 oz
Tomato, Fresh, Slices (10 gm each) 500 g 1.1 lbs
Onion, Red, thinly sliced 125 g 4.4 oz
Gourmet (Focaccia style) 25 each 25 each


  • 1. Combine mayonnaise and cranberry sauce into cranberry-mayo condiment, set aside in refrigerator to cool.
  • 2. Open each bun and spread 15 ml of cranberry-mayo on the top half of the bun. Build the sandwich with a hot turkey patty on the bottom, add 1 slice of tomato, 1 thin slice of onion and then cover with shredded lettuce. Top with bun and serve.
  • 3. Cook turkey burger to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with three bean salad and vegetable sticks (crudites)
