Maple Leaf Cooked Diced Turkey 1.5 Kg 3.3 lbs
Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup 1.25 L 5.3 cups
2% Milk 360 ml 1.5 cups
Lentils, canned, drained 1.1 L 4.6 cups
Broccoli, frozen, florets or chopped 1.2 Kg 2.6 Lbs
Carrots, diced 320 g 11.2 oz
Garlic Powder 10 mL 2 tsp
Rosemary, dried 2.5 mL 1/2 tsp
Thyme, dried 2.5 mL 1/2 tsp


  • 1. Combine the soup, milk, broccoli, carrots and seasonings in a pot. Heat to a strong simmer, turn down heat and add the diced turkey. Continue simmering for 12-15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring the stew every few minutes. Ensure that the diced turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 F (75 C).
  • 2. Garnish and serve with appropriate sides.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese (not included in nutritional analysis).
