Maple Leaf Cooked Diced Turkey 1.5 Kg 3.3 lbs
Light Mayonnaise 200 ml 6.8 fl oz
Sour Cream, 1% 200 ml 6.8 fl oz
Orange Juice 125 ml 4.2 fl oz
Cinnamon, ground 0.5 ml 1/8 tsp
Celery, fresh, diced 550 g 1.2 lbs
Grapes, red or green, washed 500 g 1.1 lbs
Water Chestnuts, sliced 200 g 7 oz
Mixed Salad Greens 3.5 L 14.8 cups
Almonds, sliced, toasted 150 g 5.3 oz
Mandarin Orange, segments 285 ml 9.6 Fl oz


  • 1. Assemble the turkey salad mix with the diced turkey, mayonnaise, sour cream, orange juice, celery, cinnamon, red grapes, and sliced water chestnuts. Chill salad prior to plate assembly.
  • 2. Build the salad in layers. Place the lettuce on the plate as a base, add the chilled turkey salad and top with mandarin orange slices and roasted sliced almonds to finish.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with chilled carrot curls (not included in nutritional analysis).

Serve with a warm bread like garlic bread or bruschetta.
