Meatloaf Stroganoff

Individual Meatloaf portions 25 Each 25 Each
3-Peppercorn Gravy (Prepare as below) 1 L 4.2 cups
Sour Cream, 2% 1.25 L 5.3 cups
Parsley, Fresh, Finely Chopped 250 ml 1.1 cup
Dijon Mustard 25 ml 1.7 tbsp
Paprika 25 ml 1.7 tbsp
Egg Noodles, Cooked 3.1 L 13.1 cups


  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In two full-size steam pans, arrange portions of meatloaf. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until 165°F (74°C).
  • 3. In large pot, combine gravy mix with half the recommended amount of water. Add sour cream, parsley, mustard and paprika. Heat over medium-high heat until beginning to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
  • 4. To serve, portion 1 cup (250 ml) egg noodles onto plate. Top with 1 portion Individual Meatloaf and 1/3 cup (75 ml) sour cream gravy.

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with mixed vegetables.
