Mustard Pretzel Crusted Pork Chops

Maple Leaf Prime Portions Boneless Pork Chops 25 Each 25 Each
Dijon (or Prepared) Mustard 125 mL 4.2 Fl oz
Mayonaise 125 mL 4.2 Fl oz
Salt 2 mL 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 2 mL 1/2 tsp
Pretzels (unsalted) 2 L 8.5 cups
Vegetable Oil 500 mL 2.1 cups


  • 1. Place pork chips in a re-sealable plastic bag along with mustard and mayonaise. Season with salt and pepper and massage mixture into pork chops.
  • 2. Place pretzels in another resealable bag and crush into crumbs using a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor 20-30 times.
  • 3. Toss pork chops into the pretzel crumbs. The dressing on the chops will allow pretzel crumbs to adhere.
  • 4. Place coated pork chops on baking sheets without overlapping. Drizzle oil over the top for browing effect in cooking. Place in a pre-heated 375 F(176 C). Bake until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160 F (71 C).
