Open-faced Beef Ribette and Mushroom Melt

Maple Leaf Beef Ribette 25 each 25 each
BBQ Sauce (your choice) 250 ml 8.5 FL oz
Vegetable or Olive Oil 30 ml 1 Fl oz
Mushrooms, Fresh, Sliced 900 g 2 Lbs
Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 425 g 14.9 oz
Multigrain Bread (panini loaf - or other favorite) 25 each 25 each


  • 1. Place Maple Lead Beef Ribettes on a baking sheet and brush with barbeque sauce, top with shredded cheddar cheese evently. Place into a preheated 175 C (350 F) oven until heated through.
  • 2. In a preheated large pan or grill, add the oil and grill the mushrooms until done and tender. Set aside.
  • 3. Build your sandwich by laying out the multigrain panini bread, adding a layer of sauteed mushrooms and toping with 1 beef ribette covered with melted cheese.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with pickled vegetables.

Serve with vegetable side salad and, vegetable sticks .
