Swiss Cheese 525 g 1.2 lbs


  • 1. Lay out pork cutlets on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased. Bake breaded pork cutlets to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
  • 2. Top pork cutlets with Black Forest Ham (30 g/1 oz) and 1 slice of Swiss cheese (21 g/0.75 oz). Place tray back into oven under a broil setting to melt and lightly brown the tops of the Pork Cutlet stacks.
  • 3. Garnish with finely chopped herbs or a sprig of an herb, like parsley, just prior to service. (not included in the nutritional analysis).

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and a hot green vegetable like green beans or sweet green peas (not included in the nutritional analysis).
