Pork Sausage Divan

Maple Leaf Cooked Country Pork Sausage 2.5 Kg 5.5 lbs
Olive Oil 5 ml 1 tsp
Broccoli Florets 1 Kg 2.2 Lbs
Cream of Chicken Soup, canned 1.2 L 5.1 cups
Parmesan Cheese, grated 175 ml 5.9 fl oz
Cream Cheese, low fat 375 ml 1.6 cups
Butter, melted 175 ml 5.9 fl oz
Cheddar Cheese, grated, low fat 250 ml 1.1 cups
Breadcrumbs 250 ml 1.1 cups


  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° F ( 177° C). In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add sausage cubes and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Place sausage in bottom of full-size steam pan. Place broccoli florets on top of sausage cubes in steam pan.
  • 2. In mixing bowl, combine soup, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Stir to combine. Pour over the broccoli and sausage in steam pan.
  • 3. In small bowl, combine melted butter, cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs. Toss with fork to combine and top casserole with mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until 160°F (71° C). Cut casserole into 5 x 5 squares or 7 x 5 squares. Allow to stand 10 minutes prior to serving.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with tomato slices or quarters (included in nutritional analysis).

Serve with leafy garden salad and crusty garlic bread.
