Turkey and Butternut Squash Bake

Featured Maple Leaf Product: Grilled & Ready Turkey Breast Strips (64358)


Maple Leaf Cooked Turkey Breast Strips 1.5 kg 3.3 lbs
Vegetable oil 15 ml 1 tbsp
Onions, chopped 225 g 7.9 oz
Celery, chopped 225 g 7.9 oz
Garlic, chopped 4 cloves 4 cloves
Butternut squash, diced, frozen 1 kg 2.2 lbs
Parsley flakes, dry 25 ml 1.7 tbsp
Rosemary, dry 15 ml 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese, grated 100 g 3.5 oz


  • 1. Thaw Maple Leaf Cooked Turkey Breast Strips in steam table pan in refrigerator.
  • 2. Heat oil in pan and sauté onions, celery and garlic 5 minutes or until tender.
  • 3. Place all remaining ingredients, except Parmesan in steam table pan and stir well.
  • 4. Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
  • 5. Cover and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C).

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta and a colourful vegetable.
