Turkey Milanese

Turkey Burger 25 each 25 each
Vegetable Oil 30 ml 1 fl oz
Mushrooms, fresh, sliced 200 g 7 oz
Red Onions, fresh, sliced 100 g 3.5 oz
Green Peppers, fresh, diced 150 g 5.3 oz
Red Peppers, fresh, diced 100 g 3.5 oz
Yellow Peppers,fresh, diced 100 g 3.5 oz
Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 850 ml 3.6 cups
Black Pepper, ground 3 ml 1/2 tsp
Parmesan Cheese, ground 400 g 14 oz


  • 1. Build the turkey dish but placing turkey patties on a baking sheet, leaving a space between each. Heat in a 350 F oven. Cook turkey burger to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
  • 2. In a large pot, heat oil. Add onions, all peppers and saute for 5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and saute until tender. Add marinara tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavours. Season with pepper. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. Plate each turkey burger and top with 60 ml (2 fl oz) of the milanese sauce. Garnish with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese by sprinkling over the top of the final dish.

Serve with pasta and Caesar side salad (not included in the nutritional analysis).
