- Preheat oven to 375°F (190° C).
- Arrange veal on baking sheets. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once during the baking. Internal temperature must reach 165° F (74° C).
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add onions and peppers. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until onions begins to soften. Add applesauce and continue to cook until sauce starts to boil.
- Top veal with 1/3 cup (75 ml) of sauce. Serve immediately.
Garnish with sliced apple or finely chopped apple.Serve with mashed sweet potato and green beans.
