- Preheat oven to 350° F ( 177° C). In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add sausage cubes and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Place sausage in bottom of full-size steam pan. Place broccoli florets on top of sausage cubes in steam pan.
- In mixing bowl, combine soup, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Stir to combine. Pour over the broccoli and sausage in steam pan.
- In small bowl, combine melted butter, cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs. Toss with fork to combine and top casserole with mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until 160°F (71° C). Cut casserole into 5 x 5 squares or 7 x 5 squares. Allow to stand 10 minutes prior to serving.
Garnish with tomato slices or quarters (included in nutritional analysis).
Serve with leafy garden salad and crusty garlic bread.
