- Preheat convection or combi oven to 375 F. Ensure that the broiled meatballs are defrosted fully.
- Combine all the ingredients except the meatballs. Mix together and then add the meatballs, let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Skewer meatballs onto bamboo skewers and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure to not overlap or crowd the tray. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, depending on the oven.
- Ensure that the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
Garnish with yogurt dipping sauce. Serve with steamed rice and traditional vegetables (nutritional analysis not included).
