Butternut squash, diced, frozen | 1 kg | 2.2 lbs |
Parsley flakes, dry | 25 ml | 1.7 tbsp |
Rosemary, dry | 15 ml | 1 tbsp |
Parmesan cheese, grated | 100 g | 3.5 oz |
Method
- Thaw Maple Leaf Cooked Turkey Breast Strips in steam table pan in refrigerator.
- Heat oil in pan and sauté onions, celery and garlic 5 minutes or until tender.
- Place all remaining ingredients, except Parmesan in steam table pan and stir well.
- Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
- Cover and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C).
Suggested Accompaniments
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta and a colourful vegetable.
