- Prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling the potatoes until cooked. Whip together with milk, margarine and salt. Cook turkey sausage to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
- Assemble the plate with 117 gm (4 oz) scoop of mashed potatoes, place 3 link sausages to the side and cover with 30 g (1 oz) of carmelized onions.
- Finish with 45 ml (1.5 fl oz) of poultry gravy poured over the top of the dish.
- Garnish with finely chopped, fresh herbs (not included in nutritional analysis).
