- Cut the turkey sausages into pieces. Lay out each each cannelloni sheet (approx. 60 gm each), in the centre place 2 turkey link sausages (or 56 g/2 oz) and cover with 15 g (1/2 oz) of onions, 15 g (1/2 oz) of peppers and 10 g (1/3 oz) of mozerella cheese. Gently roll and place in a hotel pan, side by side, leaving some space for sauce.
- Combine the cream and tomato sauces into a rose sauce. Pour generously over the top of the manicotti pan. Top with the remaining mozerella cheese and place pan into a pre-heated 350F oven. Bake until the cheese is melted and golden, and the sauces are gently simmering. Cook turkey sausage to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
- Garnish with grated parmesan cheese (nutritional analysis not included).
