Method
- Heat a saucepan with oil and saute onions until tender.
- Add beef gravy and shaved steak and bring to a boil. Simmer until steak reaches 165'F/74'C and held for 15 seconds.
- To plate, serve shaved steak and onion gravy over yorkshire pudding.
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with a light dusting of finely chopped parsley.
Serve with mashed potatoes and colourful vegetables.
