Honey Apple Pork Loin Chop

Pork Loin Chops 25 Each 25 Each
Honey Mustard Dressing 350 mL 1.5 cups
Apples, fresh, sliced 600 g 1.3 Lbs
Ginger, ground 10 mL 2 tsp
Salt 10 mL 2 tsp
Black Pepper 5 mL 1 tsp


  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • 2. Place pork chops in full steam pans.
  • 3. In mixing bowl, combine salad dressing, ginger, sliced apples, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. Pour sauce over pork chops. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until pork reaches 165°F (74°C).

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with a drizzle lines of red pepper coulis or liquid honey. Serve with steamed rice and Asian mixed vegetables and snow peas (nutritional analysis not included in totals).
