Chicken Pieces, Kebob, Seasoned 2 Kg 4.4 Lbs
Romaine Lettuce, Chopped 2.5 L 10.6 cups
Poppyseed Dressing (commercial) 375 mL 12.7 Fl oz
Mangoes, Fresh, Sliced 1.5 L 6.3 cups
Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh 600 mL 2.5 cups


  • 1. Defrost chicken completely.
  • 2. Wash lettuce, cherry tomatoes and mangos. Cut lettuce into chunks/cubes and slice mango.
  • 3. Gently mix salad ingredients and top with dressing just before service.
