Maple Leaf Sliced Steak 1.5 kg 3.3 Lbs
Onions, Fresh, sliced 250 g 8.8 oz
Carrots, Fresh, sliced 300 g 10.5 oz
Celery, Fresh, sliced 250 g 8.8 oz
Parsnips, Fresh, sliced 300 g 10.5 oz
Potatoes, diced 300 g 10.5 oz
Sweet Potatoes, diced 400 g 0.9 Lbs
Mushrooms, sliced 400 mL 1.7 cups
Beef Gravy, prepared 800 mL 3.4 cups


  • 1. In a large pan, add all ingredients and mix gently. Cover pan(s) with foil and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour or until cooked, heating the beef to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish with finely chopped parsley.

Serve with a side salad with a raspberry vinaigrette.
