Sweet & Sour Chicken Dipper Stir Fry

Chicken Dippers 2 Kg 4.4 lbs
Canola oil 30 mL 1 Fl oz
Carrots, Thin Slices (Blanched to crisp texture) 300 g 10.5 oz
Mushrooms, Thin Slices 200 g 7 oz
Broccoli Florets 300 g 10.5 oz
Sweet & Sour Sauce 1 L 4.2 cups


  • 1. Pre-heat large pan or grill and add canola oil. When oil is hot, add the blanched carrots, broccoli florets and mushrooms and toss gently until tender.
  • 2. Heat chicken dippers in a preheated oven until an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C) is reached and the chicken is fully cooked. Add to vegetables.
  • 3. Add the Sweet & Sour sauce to the mixture and toss gently until the dish is combined. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions if desired (not included in nutritional analysis) Variations could include different vegetables to the stir fry (not included in nutritional analysis).

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve on a bed of steamed white or brown rice.
