- In a bowl, combine the thawed chicken thighs, vegetable oil and Chinese 5 Spice mix. Toss to coat and place thighs on a parchment-line baking sheet. Bake chicken in a pre-heated 375 F convection oven and cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
- Finish by sprinkling with cilantro or other chopped toppings just prior to service.
