- Brush each flatbread with BBQ sauce and lay out on a baking sheet. Add cheese and pulled chicken evenly across the bread. top with slivers of peppers and cherry tomatoes cut in half. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake flatbread in a pre-heated 400 F oven, heating the chicken to an internal temperature of 160 F (70 C) and allowing the flatbread to get crispy. Cut into servings and serve hot.
Garnish with a few blades of arugula leaves.
Serve with a cabbage vegetable slaw (nutritional analysis not included).
