Method
- Heat a large pot on the stove with the oil, saute the onions and peppers until just tender. Set aside to finish the dish. In a large pan, combine vegetables, shaved steak, gravy and BBQ sauce. Toss gently.

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with a mashed or roasted potatoes.
