- Defrost Chicken Souvlaki Pieces in the refrigerator overnight. Combine diced red onions and feta cheese in a bowl, set aside.
- Preheat large pan or griddle and heat Chicken Souvlaki pieces until hot.
- Building each wrap: lay out the wraps on a flat surface. Add a small amount of the onion and feta mixture, approx. 8 grams or 1 Tbsp. Add 65 grams of Chicken Kebob pieces and top with 1 Tbsp of Tzatziki sauce.
- Roll each wrap up gently and serve.
