- The day before, thaw chicken drumsticks on a tray under refrigeration at 4'C/40'F or lower. Preheat convection oven to 400'F/200'C.
- In a 2" deep insert pan, mix oil, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add chicken drumsticks and toss to coat.
- Place chicken drums on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for ~20 minutes. CCP-cook to an internal temperature of 185'F/85'C is reached at the bone.
- Serve 1 chicken drumsticks per serving. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
Serve with parslied rice and steamed broccoli (sides not included in the nutritional analysis).
