- Take salisbury steaks and score outside on a charbroiler or marked grill. Cut in half and pan in large hotel pans.
- In a large bowl, combine the salsa, black beans and corn. Mix with a spatula. Spread this mixture over the top of the salisbury steaks in the hotel pans. Bake in a pre-heated oven until the salisbury steak has reached a temperature of 160 F / 70 C.
- Cover with a layer of grated cheddar and mozerrella cheeses. Bake until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.
- Alternately, use a salsa verde for the tomato salsa and use whatever beans or chick peas are desired. (Nutritional analysis will be different)
