Method
- Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F).
- In large bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, pepper, salt, butter, brown sugar, vinegar. Stir to mix and add apple slices and onions. Toss to coat.
- Place Pork Loin Chops on baking sheets. Top with apple mixture spreading evenly over chops. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until pork reaches 165°F (74°C).
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with a dash of ground rosemary. Serve on bed of mashed potatoes with side serving of steamed greens (nutritional analysis not included in totals).
