- Lay out pork cutlets on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased. Bake breaded pork cutlets to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
- Top pork cutlets with Black Forest Ham (30 g/1 oz) and 1 slice of Swiss cheese (21 g/0.75 oz). Place tray back into oven under a broil setting to melt and lightly brown the tops of the Pork Cutlet stacks.
