- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add pork, mushrooms and onions. Sauté for 4 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly until pork is browned and reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In mixing bowl, stir together cornstarch and sour cream. Add to pork mixture.
- Add mustard and paprika to pork mixture. Continue to cook to 5 to 8 minutes or until reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve 1 cup (250 ml) Pork Stroganoff with sauce over 1/2 cup (125 ml) Egg Noodles.
Garnish with a fresh chopped parsley and a light dusting of paprika. Serve on garden vegetable salad (nutritional analysis not included in totals).
