Rotini Noodles, cooked | 3 Kg | 6.6 Lbs |
Parmesan Cheese, grated | 200 g | 7 oz |
Method
- Heat pot with oil over medium heat. Add carrots, onions and garlic, sautee until carrots are tender. Add the puled beef and beef stock, simmer for 20 minutes to build flavours.
- Add cooked rotini pasta, stir gently so that the pasta is not broken down. Add the parsley to finish. Heat the dish to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C)
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top of each plated serving. Serve with green vegetable salad (not included in nutritional analysis).
