Method
- In large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add ginger, garlic, vegetable stock, broccoli, peppers, carrots, onions and mushrooms. Cook for 6 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add sausage and continue to cook until sausage is 165°F (74°C). Add salt, pepper, sesame oil and soya sauce. Serve immediately.
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with finely chopped green onions (included in nutritional analysis).
Serve with rice noodles or steamed rice.
