- Heat a large pot on the stove with the oil, saute onions until just tender. Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes and remove, plunge into ice water bath to cool quickly.
- In a large pan, combine the vegetables, Shaved Steak and teriyaki glaze. Toss gently. Place in a hotel pan (s) and cover with foil, bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. The beef should reach an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
Garnish with finely chopped parsley (or other green herbs).
Serve with steamed rice (nutritional analysis not included).
