| Broccoli, Florets | 200 g | 7 oz |
| Onions, Fresh, sliced | 200 g | 7 oz |
| Carrots, Fresh, Julienne | 200 g | 7 oz |
| Mushrooms, sliced | 400 mL | 1.7 cups |
| Teriyaki Glaze, prepared | 750 mL | 3.2 cups |
| Vegetable Oil | 15 mL | 1 Tbsp |
Method
- Heat a large pot on the stove with the oil, saute onions until just tender. Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes and remove, plunge into ice water bath to cool quickly.
- In a large pan, combine the vegetables, Shaved Steak and teriyaki glaze. Toss gently. Place in a hotel pan (s) and cover with foil, bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. The beef should reach an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with finely chopped parsley (or other green herbs).
Serve with steamed rice (nutritional analysis not included).
