|Pineapple Tidbits, juice packed, undrained||1.7 L||6 3/4 cups|

|Soy Sauce, reduced sodium||45 mL||3 Tbsp|

- Preheat convection oven to 325'F/165'C. Place frozen meatballs in a greased 2" deep insert pan.
- Prepare the Sauce; combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add undrained pineapple tidbits, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add diced green and red peppers.
- Pour sauce over meatballs; gently stir. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. CCP-Cook to an internal temperature of 165F/74C held for at least 15 seconds.
- At point of service, garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve over steamed rice and with a green vegetable i.e. broccoli, green beans. Garnish with chopped green onions (sides not included in the nutritional information)
