Method
- Preheat oven to 163° C (325°F). Place sausage in baking pans. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 75°C (170°F).
- In large bowl, combine oil, onions, garlic, red pepper and parsley. Toss to coat.
- Place onion mixture on baking sheet. Grill under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes or until onion is soft and golden brown or baked at 163°C (325°F) for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve 1 sausage on roll topped with 75 ml (1/3 cup) grilled onions.
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with finely chopped red peppers.
Serve with creamy coleslaw.
