Pork Rib and Asian Slaw on Sesame Seed Bun

Sesame See Bun (or similar @ 71 gm) 25 each 25 each
Pork Rib 25 each 25 each
Green Cabbage, Shredded 2 L 8.5 cups
Carrots, Fresh, Grated 200 g 7.1 oz
Green Onions, Fresh, Sliced 150 mL 5.1 Fl oz
Rice Wine Vinegar 75 mL 2.5 Fl oz
Canola Oil 125 mL 4.2 Fl oz
Dijon Mustard 30 mL 1 Fl oz
White Pepper 3 mL 0.6 tsp
Sesame Oil 10 mL 2 tsp


  • 1. Cut each bun and toast if desired. Preheat Pork Rib to 160 F / 70 C in pre-heated 350 F (175 C) oven. Put rib into bun.
  • 2. Make asian slaw with the remaining ingredients and place 70g portion of asian slaw on top of pork rib.
  • 3. Alternately, use an asian flavoured sauce for extra flavour as desired. (Nutritional analysis will be different)
