Maple Leaf Pork Cutlet 25 Each 25 Each
Canola Oil 30 ml 1 fl oz
Bread, Ciabatta or Cuban type Bun 25 Each 25 Each
Tomato Sauce (Marinara type) 750 ml 3.2 cups
Red Peppers, Roasted 600 ml 2.5 cups
Mozerella Cheese 525 g 1.2 lbs


  • 1. Lay out pork cutlets on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased. Bake breaded pork cutlets to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
  • 2. On the cooked pork cutlet, layer tomato sauce (30 ml/1 fl oz), roasted peppers (25 ml/0.9 fl oz)) and top with mozerella cheese (21 g/0.75 oz slice).
  • 3. Build the pork sandwich by placing the pork cutlet stack onto an open bottom of a ciabatta or hoggie type bun. Serve Hot.
  • 4. Garnish with additional condiments on the side , like BBQ sauce (not included in the nutritional analysis).

Suggested Accompaniments

Serve with a cabbage slaw salad or a Greek-type salad (not included in the nutritional analysis).
