Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Arrange pork loin chops in baking pans.
- In large bowl, combine apple juice, vinegar, applesauce and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Pour over pork chops and cover pan with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with sliced apples. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable serving (nutritional analysis not included in totals).
