- Thaw Pulled Beef under refrigeration at <40'F/4'C
- Preheat oven to 177° C ( 350° F).
- In a large pot, heat Pulled Beef in beef au jus to an internal temperature of 74° C ( 165° F).
- Slice rolls and place on baking sheets. Bake 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spread each bottom half of bun with 10 ml ( 2 tsp) garlic mayonnaise and place 50 g ( 1.75 oz) beef on top.
- Top with 25 ml ( 2 tbsp) cheese and top of roll. Cut in half and serve immediately.
Garnish with side bowl of Au Jus.
Serve with cheesy mashed potatoes.
