- Combine soy sauce, honey, orange juice, garlic, ginger, and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes. Make a slurry with the cornstarch and water, add to heated coating to thicken.
- In a large bowl, add pork drummies, sesame oil and heated sauce. Toss together to coat the drummies completely.
- In a pre-heated 350 F (175 C) oven, bake the coated pork drummies for 15 minutes or until they have reached a temperature of 160 F/70 C.
- Garnish the top of a serving of pork drummies with fine chopped green onions or scallions.
